Today, organizations are implementing workplace
wellbeing strategy to mitigate the effects of stress and it continues to be an important
aspect of employee benefit packages. Under this strategy, the employees are
given specific tools or will have to pass through particular wellness programs
to maintain the optimal levels of wellbeing. Workplace wellbeing strategy once implemented successfully would
have a direct effect on reducing the losses that your organization might incur
due to absenteeism and resulting in staff motivation and improving general
workplace morale. Stress management is an integral part of a workplace wellbeing
strategy.

employees often do not get the required leisure time so that they can take
their minds off from all-important work they have. The employees who come from
their much-needed break tend to be more effective and efficient when back on
the job. The employers at the worksite should create cafeteria, canteen and gym
facilities. Then, awareness of education among employees should be adequate
from top to bottom to understand the effect of stress.

demonstrate mindfulness and you're fully aware of your thoughts, emotions, and
actions at work and don’t get overburdened with that. Mindfulness and
motivation in the workplace are closely related. Mindfulness is one way of
reprogramming the mind to think in a healthier and less stressful way so that
you can come back to your job rejuvenated.
